By following the proper care instructions, our roses will last up to 3 years which allows you to enjoy their beauty for a long time.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your order. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Yes, when you get to the checkout there is an option to add a personalised gift message in a bottle. Simply write your message there.

Faux and artificial roses are everlasting but to ensure they preserve their look they need special attention and care.

Here are some of The Giftery & Co tips for keeping your artificial flowers beautiful:

• A makeup brush- brush delicately over the roses with a clean makeup brush
• A hair dryer on a low cool setting– use a hair dryer on a low setting to blow on the flowers. Please do not use hot air as this can melt the glue and will damage the roses.

No, we advise that you do not take the roses out the box as they have been preserved and have been meticulously crafted within the box. By removing the roses, you will damage them and ruin their lifespan.

During the preservation process all the pollen vanishes, so yes it is suitable.
