• What are preserved/eternity roses?

  Preserving roses is a great way to lock in a moment in time, for a special event like your birthday, wedding day or anniversary.

  Preserved roses are 100% real flowers that have been meticulously handpicked and have been through a unique biodegradable preservation process to retain each rose’s natural colour and texture and as a result they continue to look like real roses which can last up to 3 years!

  The advantages of having Preserved roses are that they never need watering, they look and feel like fresh-cut roses and require little maintenance and attention. Preserved roses allow you to enjoy these special keepsakes for a longer period of time. Because of their natural look and long shelf-life, these roses have become popular as a staple piece in home décor arrangements and a luxury gift for all occasions.

• How long will the roses last?

  By following the proper care instructions, our roses will last up to 3 years which allows you to enjoy their beauty for a long time.

• Do you offer an exchange or refund?

  We do not accept returns on our products as all of our rose box arrangements are handcrafted and made to order. Please read our returns policy or if you have any questions about our return policy or our arrangements, please don’t hesitate to contact us info@eternity-roses.co.uk

• How long does it take for my order to ship?

  Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your order. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

• Can I include a personalised message with my order?

  Yes, when you get to the checkout there is an option to add a personalised gift message in a bottle. Simply write your message there.

• How do I take care of faux or artificial roses?

  Faux and artificial roses are everlasting but to ensure they preserve their look they need special attention and care.

  Here are some of The Giftery & Co tips for keeping your artificial flowers beautiful:

  • A makeup brush: brush delicately over the roses with a clean makeup brush
  • A hair dryer on a low cool setting: use a hair dryer on a low setting to blow on the flowers. Please do not use hot air as this can melt the glue and will damage the roses.

• What are your delivery charges?

  • We offer FREE standard UK shipping which aims to deliver items between 3-5 working days

• How do I pay for my order?

  The Giftery & Co accepts all major credit cards online as well as offering CLEARPAY payment option for fast and easy payment process.

• Can I take the roses out of the box?

  No, we advise that you do not take the roses out the box as they have been preserved and have been meticulously crafted within the box. By removing the roses, you will damage them and ruin their lifespan.

• Is this suitable for someone that has allergies?

  During the preservation process all the pollen vanishes, so yes it is suitable.
