Product Care
- Do not water the roses or use any type of chemicals/liquids as this will immediately damage the roses.
- Do not expose to high levels of humidity and moisture
- Avoid crushing, pressing or folding petals.
- Keep the roses in a cool dry place indoors at around room temperature
- If the roses need cleaning use a gentle soft brush or a light feather duster
- Occasionally brush the roses to remove dust that can accumulate over time

The Giftery & Co uses real roses. Roses have been cultivated for centuries for their natural beauty. This means two identical roses do not naturally occur and this is a part of their peculiar charm. They may vary in their natural hue, shape and texture and minor cuts or fallen petals are unavoidable when using natural materials and hand- crafting a product. This means it can not be seen as a defect or fault as each item is unique and idiosyncratic, crafted by real artisans. Similarly, irregularities in stem sizes or shapes (whether natural or man-made) are unique characteristics of an artisan product, where each item has been made special in its own way and individual differences are inevitable. Therefore this also can not be deemed a fault. Our rose bears come wrapped in either three ribbons(black with gold text, white with black text or black with white text)- if you want to request a particular ribbon then contact us on info@eternity-roses.co.uk.
