Return & Refund Policy

Due to the time and effort that goes into making these handmade preserved roses, there are no returns or exchanges on any of our products.

We make every effort to ensure we provide high quality products, however in the unlikely event you receive a damaged product, then please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

It is the customer’s full responsibility to return the product and we therefore recommend using a courier with a tracking service, as we will not be responsible for any lost returns. The costs of product returns are to be covered by our customers themselves.

We are NOT responsible for the damage or loss caused by shipping and delivery.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer any refunds and exchanges on any of our products due to our products being perishable items. However in the case of the item being damaged, defective or if you have been send the wrong item, then you will need to contact us at so we can investigate and evaluate the issue.
